The class comprises three sections:
Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention. Its techniques are designed to improve and enhance the body’s qi. Qi-gong exercises are done together by the whole class as a group to enhance the energy generation.
Shuang Yang Bei Her Rou Ruan Chuan (also known as Shuang Yang Pei Ho Rou Rouan Chien) form.
Individual practice where students work on new postures, refining the postures they know and increase their knowledge and understanding through practice and discussion with the instructor and fellow students.
